Caroline is a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal in Ryan Murdoch O’Regan Lawyers’ Conveyancing Team.

Caroline is experienced providing high level conveyancing services and has previously held a conveyancing department managerial role.

Caroline has successfully settled many paper and PEXA conveyancing matters for Queensland and New South Wales residential, commercial, industrial and rural conveyancing transactions.

This experience allows Caroline to confidently work with her clients and answer any questions that might arise regarding a purchase or sale, leaving her client’s conveyance in safe hands.

Adopting a proactive and collaborative approach to her work, Caroline attends to all tasks required for a seamless settlement including reviewing contracts, monitoring critical dates, completing searches, calculation of settlement figures and finalising the settlement.

Caroline pays close attention to the fine details and ensures any special conditions are met and there are “no surprises”.

Caroline knows effective communication is crucial to a successful conveyance. Caroline takes the time to get to know her clients and is experienced working with real estate agents, banks and financial advisors.

In addition to conveyancing, Caroline also has experience with retail shop leases and off-the-plan sales.
