Kath has over 20 years\u2019 experience in the legal industry having worked in various areas of law over the years. At RMO, Kath expertly supports the Property & Business team as well manages the RMO precedent database and ensures all documents and procedures are kept up-to-date and up to standard.<\/p>\n

Kath has completed a wide variety of transactions from straightforward residential contracts to off-the-plan flat land and unit contracts, and acted for property developers, investors and home buyers.<\/p>\n

Kath understands that each property contract is a personal experience for clients and her focus and passion is to ensure that each client receives a personal and positive experience that yields a satisfying result.<\/p>\n
