Know what you need to disclose.<\/h4>\n<p>New laws in Queensland mean sellers are now legally required to provide a Seller Disclosure Statement (Form 2) and specific supporting documents before a contract is signed.<\/p>\n<p>At RMO Law, we make sure your disclosure is done right &#8211; so your sale stays compliant and stress-free.<\/p>\n<h3>What is a Seller Disclosure Statement?<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qld.gov.au\/law\/housing-and-neighbours\/buying-and-selling-a-property\/seller-disclosure-scheme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new legislation<\/a> under the\u00a0<em>Property Law Act 2023\u00a0<\/em>has shifted Queensland property sales toward greater transparancy.
