We were engaged to negotiate, advise and prepare a range of commercial contracts for an office park near Garden City. Negotiating the terms of these contacts with a developer required a strong understanding of our clients\u2019 objectives and the provision of detailed legal advice on contractual rights and obligations. Once an agreement was reached, we then prepared the contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Result:&nbsp;<\/strong>A win for our client.
