The contract was subject to a building report being obtained by our client. Our client obtained the building report and was not satisfied with the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately the building inspector had not mentioned quite a few of the unsatisfactory items in his report and the sellers maintained that the buyers were acting unreasonably and did not have the right to terminate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Result:&nbsp;<\/strong>A win for our client. We prepared a detailed written argument to the seller\u2019s solicitors outlining our client\u2019s right to terminate the contract.
