Harvey is a lawyer in RMO Law’s Commercial Litigation team, assisting clients with strategic and legal guidance across a wide range of legal disputes.

With experience assisting both individuals and businesses, Harvey covers a variety of legal areas including, contractual and commercial conflicts, employment matters, consumer law issues, body corporate disputes, and debt recovery.

Harvey is committed to offering practical legal solutions, aiming to resolve disputes efficiently while minimising risk and costs for his clients. While he always aims to settle matters in the first instance, he is also prepared to vigorously advocate for his clients when necessary. This approach, coupled with his client-first values, ensures his clients receive strong representation and receive well-considered strategies tailored to their specific needs.

Harvey has experience preparing court documents, drafting pleadings and affidavits, conducting legal research, and representing clients at mediations and applications.
