Responding to the owners response,You are incorrect, Caroline hasn't requested many times for us to attend, we have emails requesting that she send the documents by email and only once we haven't attended and emailed her to advice, does she look at her emails? She never did reply until this morning after this review was received and then this morning we received 2 emails 1. with documents needing to be signed and 2. because of the Google review you use an excuse that the documents weren't signed that you can no longer assist! This is untruth. The court order settlement date was the 16/02, and not the 18/02 as you state. We haven't failed you have. Caroline had advised us that every thing was right to go we were just waiting for the bank discharge docs, this was not true there were several documents that our bank were waiting for from Caroline and a list was given to her and still remain out standing. We have received your invoice for professional fees I beg to differ. Anyways Im glad that there is a public posting for reviews good and bad for people to see as I said below i wish I could have had the same posting as other on this. Unfortunately you won't learn from this review instead you reply with a negative untrue response instead of a resolution for your company and for us. 19/02.I really would like to say what every one else is that they are happy! but I am not, Caroline has not been attentive to our conveyancing matter there has always been significant delays with any contact from her with us initiating the contact. This is becoming draining and time consuming.
