Charlice is a Lawyer in RMO’s Criminal & Traffic Law team. She is dedicated to defending her clients’ rights and helping them navigate the criminal justice system with confidence, clarity, and compassion. She works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed and supported at every stage of the process.
Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2025, Charlice discovered her passion for criminal defence while gaining hands-on experience in a criminal law practice, where she prepared bail application, drafted affidavits, reviewed QP9’s, and attended a range of court proceedings, including sentencing hearings. This experience cemented her commitment to advocating for clients facing challenging and often stressful situations.
With experience in commercial litigation, property law, family law, and compliance, Charlice brings a well-rounded legal background and strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans, Charlice builds strong connections with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes.
