    Clark is a member of Ryan Murdoch O’Regan Lawyers’ Wills & Estates Team and has been delivering legal solutions for clients at Ryan Murdoch O’Regan Lawyers for over 17 years.

    Clark focusses mainly on will and estate litigation involving claims for further provision from an estate and challenging the validity of wills.

    Clark also expertly assists clients with estate planning (basic and complex wills, enduring powers of attorney, advance health directives, mutual wills, agreements and superannuation binding death benefit nominations), estate administration and probate.

    Clark has a detailed understanding of what the court takes into consideration when making a determination which enables him to identify any potential issues and roadblocks to achieving a successful outcome early on in the matter and develop the best plan of attack.

    Clark takes the time to fully understand his clients’ current situations and future wishes to ensure their estate planning documentation achieves the desired result and is accurately and carefully worded with effective clauses, in order to minimise any future will or estate challenges or disputes.

    Clark also has considerable experience administering estates on behalf of executors.

    Clark adopts a focussed approach to administering estates, whether it be collecting assets, paying debts or distributing the estate to the relevant beneficiaries, and communicates regularly with all parties to ensure they always remain up-to-date with developments.

    Clark understands his clients are often going through a difficult time and adopts a supportive and compassionate approach throughout the case, from the first phone call to finalising the case.

    Clark also has legal experience in residential conveyancing, business law and commercial litigation and is able to use his considerable experience when advising clients.
