Mandy is a member of Ryan Murdoch O’Regan Lawyers’ Property & Development Team.
Mandy previously worked as a conveyancer for many years and has considerable experience in providing first class conveyancing services.
After gaining extensive experience in residential conveyancing, Mandy now focusses primarily on developer lot sales. This work involves preparing documents, corresponding with clients and organising settlements and is often of an urgent nature.
Mandy takes the time to ensure all parties are informed each step of the way and get answers to their questions in a timely manner, ensuring there are no surprises throughout the transaction.
Having successfully settled 100’s of matters, Mandy can confidently navigate any issues that may arise during the transaction, leaving clients in safe hands.
