Senior Associate
Paul is a Senior Associate at RMO Law practicing across the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Property Law teams. He brings extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, property matters and strategic commercial advisory work.
Paul has acted in a wide range of litigation matters including Supreme Court and Federal Court proceedings, insolvency disputes, construction disputes and property-related litigation. He has also advised businesses, investors and entrepreneurs on commercial disputes, intellectual property matters and broader business strategy.
In addition to litigation, Paul has significant experience in commercial property transactions, leasing, infrastructure and construction projects, as well as procurement and complex commercial contracting. His background includes senior legal roles advising on major infrastructure, ICT and procurement projects, where he worked closely with commercial teams to deliver practical outcomes for organisations and stakeholders.
Paul also has experience in media, entertainment and telecommunications law. Earlier in his career he acted on legal matters in the film industry, contributing to productions involving internationally recognised actors including John Cusack, Nicolas Cage and Bill Nighy. He has also advised on telecommunications disputes involving major carriers, navigating the complex regulatory framework governing the sector.
Paul is known for his practical, solutions-focused approach and his ability to guide clients through technically complex legal issues with clear and strategic advice.
