Rebecca Barrett is a Senior Conveyancer at Ryan Murdoch O’Regan Lawyers.
Rebecca commenced her legal career in 1996 and has been assisting clients to successfully complete their conveyancing transactions for over 20 years.
Rebecca works with first home buyers and investors to buy, sell and transfer all types of property in Queensland. Her experience includes residential houses and units, house and land packages, duplexes, off-the-plan units, vacant land, unregistered land and rural property.
Adopting an organised approach, Rebecca effectively communicates with clients and other stakeholders at all stages of their property transaction to ensure there is no confusion or delays.
When issues arise, Rebecca is proactive and ensures all parties to the property transaction are up-to-date while developing the best plan of action to address issues in a timely manner.
Rebecca is available to review contracts, prior to her clients signing the contract, to ensure there are no onerous clauses or requirements placed on her clients. This is inclusive in our costs not an extra charge.
Rebecca pays close attention to the fine details, including reports and special conditions, and attends to all tasks to ensure a successful settlement, from contract preparation and searches through to settlement figures and attendance at settlement.
