Graham Morrison

Graham is a Senior Associate in Ryan Murdoch O’Regan Lawyers’ Wills & Estates Team.

Graham has successfully managed his own practice for over 20 years.

Graham assists clients with wills, enduring powers of attorney, establishing testamentary trusts, dealing with probate, and administering deceased estates.

Stephanie Smith

Stephanie is a Lawyer in Ryan Murdoch O’Regan Lawyers’ Family Law & De Facto Team.

With considerable experience in family law issues, Stephanie has appeared before the Federal Circuit Court for divorce, family law mediations and interim hearings.

Stephanie can also assist clients with family law property settlements, children’s issues, de facto property matters, family law arbitrations, financial agreements and same sex relationship disputes.

Kara Bentley

Kara is a Law Clerk with Ryan Murdoch O’Regan and will be providing paralegal support to the Property & Business Team. Kara has excellent communication skills and is a vital team member who works with our experienced lawyers and clients alike to ensure seamless property/business transactions.
