Elle Marshall is a Senior Associate at RMO Law.
Elle provides legal advice and representation across family law matters including property settlement, children’s matters, de facto disputes and finance agreements.
Elle enjoys assisting clients to understand their rights and potential entitlements so that they can make well informed decision about the best way to achieve the most optimal resolution possible under their unique circumstances.
Elle is not afraid to tackle complex property and children’s matters, drawing on her experience in other areas of law that often cross over into family law such as property, commercial, contract, estate, and criminal law.
Adopting an organised approach, Elle effectively communicates with clients and other stakeholders at all stages of their matter to ensure there is no confusion or delays.
When issues arise, Elle is proactive and ensures all parties are up-to-date while developing the best plan of action to address issues in a timely manner.
