Kath is the Precedents & Compliance Manager at RMO Law.
Kath has over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry having worked in various areas of law over the years. At RMO, Kath expertly supports the Property & Business team as well manages the RMO precedent database and ensures all documents and procedures are kept up-to-date and up to standard.
Kath has completed a wide variety of transactions from straightforward residential contracts to off-the-plan flat land and unit contracts, and acted for property developers, investors and home buyers.
Kath understands that each property contract is a personal experience for clients and her focus and passion is to ensure that each client receives a personal and positive experience that yields a satisfying result.
Regardless of the property type, Kath has the expertise and experience required to obtain the best possible outcome.
