The Sentencing Outcome

However, through strategic advocacy, compelling submissions, and the presentation of strong mitigating factors, we were able to secure a significantly reduced sentence.

The court ultimately imposed a 12-month term of imprisonment, but wholly suspended for 12 months. This meant that our client was not required to serve any actual time in custody, allowing them to continue their rehabilitation and move forward with their life without the burden of incarceration.
