Ashton is a Partner and Team Leader of RMO’s Criminal & Traffic Law Team.

Ashton provides legal representation across all criminal and traffic law charges, including bail applications, drug-related offences, domestic violence orders, sexual offences, violent offences, drink driving, drug driving and work licences.

Ashton takes the time to listen to his client’s personal situation and the charges his client’s face. This allows Ashton to identify potential defences and put forward the best possible case in Court or negotiate the charges with the relevant prosecuting authorities.

Ashton adopts a compassionate and supportive approach to developing his client’s legal defence and is committed to standing up for his clients’ legal rights and guiding his clients through what is often a difficult, emotional, and complicated time in their lives.
